Would You Go Back is a platform that allows users to share whether they would return to a restaurant or business (“Would You Go Back?”), along with optional dish/order recommendations, tags, and photos. Negative or constructive feedback may be shared privately with the business rather than published publicly, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review, rating, business listing, or other content submitted by users. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users, not the Company.

4. User Content

“User Content” means any reviews, ratings, photos, dish recommendations, tags, comments, profile information, or other content you submit to the Service.

By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This includes the right to display your reviews, photos, and recommendations publicly on your profile and on business pages, and to use them in marketing materials (such as the shareable “I’d go back” card feature).

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you submit, including any photos, and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Is false, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
• Is harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Violates any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Contains personal information about another individual without their consent
• Was submitted in exchange for payment, free goods, or other compensation from a business, unless clearly disclosed
• Was not based on a genuine, firsthand experience with the business

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, moderate, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content flagged through our admin moderation process.

5. Business Listings and Claiming

Businesses may be listed on the Service whether or not their owners have created an account. Business owners may submit a request to “claim” a listing. We attempt to verify ownership before approving a claim but do not guarantee the accuracy of any verification, and we are not liable for claims approved or denied in error.

Business owners who claim a listing may respond to private feedback, create offers and discounts, and access aggregate, anonymized feedback data about their business. Business owners do not have access to the identity of individual reviewers unless a reviewer chooses to disclose it (such as through a public profile).

6. Offers and Discounts

Businesses may create promotional offers or discounts that users can claim through the Service. The Company is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the fulfillment of any offer. Disputes regarding an offer’s redemption or terms are solely between the user and the business. We reserve the right to remove or disable any offer at any time.

7. Location Information

If you enable location-based features (such as “near me” search), you consent to our collection and use of your device’s location data to provide that feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disable location access at any time through your browser or device settings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit multiple reviews for the same business using multiple accounts
• Attempt to manipulate a business’s Go Back Score through fraudulent reviews
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any business or individual

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as a business’s website, social media profiles, or reservation platforms like OpenTable). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

11. Disclaimers
